Kraken Data runs conversion rate optimisation and digital analytics work for brands across retail, finance, travel and insurance, operating out of Melbourne since 2017. Work spans CRO consulting through to fully managed CRO programs, built around structured experimentation and A/B testing rather than one-off fixes.

On the analytics side, the agency handles Google Analytics and Adobe consulting, GA4 setup and migration audits, and customer data and journey analytics using Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics. Strategy implementation, reporting and analysis round out the engagement, with client programs reported to have generated more than $40 million in annualised uplift.
