meister-plan is an owner-led advertising and PR agency in Stuttgart, run by Bettina Meister. The agency builds marketing concepts for mid-sized German companies and for international companies looking to establish themselves in the German market.

Work spans marketing, brand management, copywriting, PR, graphic design, web design and photography, handled together rather than split across separate vendors. The focus sits on clear brand positioning that sets a client apart from competitors and stays recognizable across every touchpoint, paired with messaging that is either straightforwardly factual or built around emotional stories meant to stick in memory. Websites and communication materials are designed to fit the client's business and build trust quickly, and photography is shot on location rather than sourced from stock libraries, so the imagery reflects the actual company rather than generic visuals.

Recent work includes a new brand identity for Steilwerk, published in April 2022, and a photo book titled "Marokko – Begegnungen/Encounters," released in December 2024. Both reflect the agency's dual focus on structured brand work for clients and its own photographic output.
