MLA Canada works with residential developers across five major Canadian markets, handling the sales and marketing side of new-home projects from early strategy through closing. To date the firm has advised, marketed, and sold more than 425 projects, moving over 31,000 homes and accounting for $14B in sales for its development partners.

Services span property marketing and advertising, project management and operations, and residential property sales, supported by two internal groups. MLA Advisory focuses on market research and project implementation, tracking market intelligence to shape pricing, positioning, and sales strategy for each development. MLA Communications handles branding and PR, drawing on digital media and event planning to build the marketing programs that introduce a project to buyers.

For each engagement, MLA Canada builds a sales or rental lease-up strategy specific to the project and assembles a dedicated sales team exclusive to the firm rather than shared across outside brokerages. That structure lets the advisory, marketing, and sales functions stay coordinated on a single project from planning through unit sell-out, with the team composition adjusted to match the scale and market of each development.
