Moonstone Interactive

Moonstone Interactive, based in San Ramon, California, builds its work around analyzing website and market data before making design or development decisions. The agency pairs that analysis with customer experience research, competitive intelligence, and current technology to shape sites meant to increase engagement and conversions rather than just look finished.

Services run from online marketing, where the team reviews a site and its content to identify solutions, through web design and experience design focused on creating value at each touchpoint a visitor encounters. Web development covers custom front-end and back-end build-out, while content management is handled through enterprise-grade CMS and Digital Experience Platforms that give clients control over their website's message. An optimization service rounds out the offering, aimed at improving site performance and search visibility.

The agency is led by President and CEO Steve Herz, alongside Director of Client Services JJ Jenkins, Director of Technology Eric Erskine, and Senior Developer Jason Herz. Together the group covers strategy, client relationships, technical architecture, and hands-on development, reflecting the range of services offered from initial data analysis through ongoing site optimization.
