Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership

Founded in 2006, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership is a public-private regional economic development organization serving 11 counties in Northeast Indiana. The organization focuses on building regional capacity and uniting the region with a common mission and vision to create a globally competitive area.

The Partnership offers a range of services including business and workforce development, talent training, and infrastructure support. It also provides insights into top industries such as defense, aerospace, and medical devices, and supports international business and entrepreneurship. The organization aims to increase business investment and improve the quality of life in the region.

With a network of over 130 business leaders in the Regional Opportunities Council, the Partnership leverages data and research to attract businesses and talent to the area. Fort Wayne, a key city in the region, is noted for its affordability, and the region is recognized for its strong talent pipeline, with access to over 40,000 students in various degree programs.
