Founded in 1992 as The Computer Hut, Pinnacle IT has grown into a Little Rock-based provider serving healthcare organizations, law firms, manufacturers, municipalities, and financial institutions across Arkansas. The company later expanded operations to Hot Springs, extending its reach beyond the central Arkansas market it built over three decades.

Services span managed IT services and help desk support, cybersecurity and compliance, cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, data backup and disaster recovery, network management, and identity and access management. Compliance work is a particular focus, with specialization in HIPAA, CJIS, and municipal audit requirements that matter to healthcare providers, law enforcement-adjacent clients, and local government bodies. Teri Westbrook serves as Director of Cloud & Security, overseeing the cloud and security side of the practice as those service lines have expanded alongside the client base.
