Plymouth AI Lab builds small AI systems for logistics operators—3PLs, warehouses, freight brokers and trucking companies—that connect to the WMS or TMS already in place rather than replacing it. The work starts by mapping how a company's customers find, book and come back, then adding the automation that keeps those steps moving without a system overhaul.
On the automation side, this means order entry pulled from emails and PDFs, shipment status updates, carrier quote requests, document capture and exception alerts, all tied into existing warehouse and transport systems. Dispatch assistants read load requests and suggest assignments, with routing connected to live orders, though a dispatcher confirms every move before it happens. Logistics dashboards bring together the numbers teams argue about weekly—on-time delivery, order cycle time, pick accuracy, cost per shipment and carrier performance—built from the company's own data rather than a generic template. An AI agent also handles customer support by chat and voice on the website. Every build carries a fixed price agreed before work starts, and a person approves every action the systems take.
Beyond logistics-specific builds, the lab maintains a research engine that screens search trends and creator transcripts into go or no-go calls, offers monthly AI add-ons such as missed-call replies, lead capture, chatbots and review requests, and builds fixed-price landing pages and websites alongside project and HR dashboards. The lab is run by four founders—Noam Turecki, Phil Swart, Alfredo Borras and Alejandro Madrazo—and builds are tested internally before being handed to clients, with systems kept deliberately small and scoped to data the company already has.
