Primessio builds AI agents and knowledge-based assistants trained on a company's own documents, then wires them into existing ERP and CRM systems and trains staff to use them. The team, with more than 20 years of combined experience and over 50 completed projects, works with small and medium businesses in Poland and the DACH region, moving between AI implementation, custom software, and digital design within the same engagement.
Alongside AI work, Primessio designs websites, landing pages, and CMS-driven online stores built to collect customer data, runs SEO and Google Ads and Meta campaigns, and tracks visibility in AI-generated answers. Branding work covers visual identity, marketing materials, and catalogs. Project delivery follows Agile, PMI, or Prince depending on the size of the job, from single landing pages to multi-module systems.
Past builds include a backtesting and strategy-validation platform for crypto, FX, and index trading with paper-trading, out-of-sample validation, and risk-controlled automated execution, and an operating system for a company managing delegated staff. For a PL–DE freight forwarder, Primessio built an agent-driven program that handles email quoting, carrier verification, ETA tracking, and KSeF and XRechnung invoicing. A law firm received a case management system covering conflict-of-interest checks, procedural deadlines, time tracking, and a client portal. Other projects include a sales portal for a 14-house estate with a live site plan and 360° walkthrough, trilingual sites for a cosmetology clinic and a hotel spa with online booking, a listings platform for overseas property in Spain, Italy, Dubai, and Cyprus, and a job portal for an agency recruiting caregivers to work in Germany.
