Process Interactive

Process Interactive is a web development studio in Grandview Heights, near downtown Columbus, Ohio, founded in 2008 and owned and managed by Lance Osborne. Rather than working directly with brands, the studio builds for designers and creative agencies, executing their designs in ProcessWire, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify.

Work spans front and back end development, content management systems, responsive and small-screen solutions, and e-commerce build-outs on Shopify. The studio also handles UX design, wireframing, accessibility remediation, and site migrations, along with strategy and consulting for agencies that need a technical partner to execute their creative work. The focus stays on usability for both site visitors and the people who update the sites afterward, with attention paid to equal access to information and functionality for all users.
