ProcessIT builds bespoke business software for companies in Hawke's Bay, working from computer applications and database development through to Excel spreadsheet manipulation and interactive websites. Founded in early 2009 by managing director Brian Henderson, the Hastings-based company has built its practice around Microsoft Access applications and website-based applications, and holds Microsoft Partner status.

Work spans application development, systems integration, and web development and hosting, including site migrations. A recurring focus is add-in and automation services for Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, extending existing office tools rather than replacing them outright. Solutions are built using established, matured technologies aimed at reliability over experimentation, with each project shaped around the specific operational needs of the business commissioning it.
