The Quebec Film and Television Council (QFTC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing Quebec's status as a premier film and television production hub. It leverages the region's architectural diversity, skilled workforce, and world-class infrastructure to attract international productions.
QFTC offers a range of services including film commission support, production services, and sector-specific development. They highlight Quebec's unique filming locations, such as the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Québec, and provide resources for foreign productions looking to capitalize on the area's visual effects and animation capabilities.
With a focus on promoting Quebec's natural and architectural assets, QFTC serves as a vital link between the local industry and global markets, fostering growth and investment through competitive tax incentives and strategic partnerships.
