Squeeze Animation Studios

Squeeze Animation Studios builds CG animation for movies, TV series, game cinematics, and theme park content, operating out of Quebec City with an additional studio in Montreal. Work spans story development, character development, look dev, and full CG production, with motion capture used for teen-and-up projects alongside dedicated kids and family programming. Client work includes a trailer for Ubisoft's "Rainbow Six Operation Twin Shells" and the official announcement trailer for the "Invincible: Guarding the Globe" game.

Production covers the full pipeline from concept through finished animation, rather than a single stage of the process. The studio also develops its own IP, including the animated series Cracké Family Scramble, which CAKE distributes, and the character-driven property Cracké, which extended into Roblox through the Fracterra platform. That mix of work-for-hire production and original series development shapes how projects move from story and character design through look development into final CG output.

Recent recognition includes two wins at the Collision Awards, a Telly Award in the "Craft - 3D Animation" category for Barboltian, and a Silver Telly Award for the Invincible game trailer. Cracké Family Scramble won the Prix Gémeaux for Best Animated Program or Series. Together, the client roster and original series output point to a studio working across entertainment, gaming, and children's media rather than a single content type.
