Stall Designs

Stall Designs builds exhibition stands for brands showing up at trade shows across India, Dubai, Germany, Europe, Singapore and the USA. The New Delhi-based fabricator has produced more than 2,500 booths for over 2,300 clients, working across markets where booth requirements, shipping logistics and venue rules shift from one country to the next.

The work runs turnkey: booth planning, production, branding, transportation, installation and dismantling sit under one team rather than being split across vendors. Stall Designs designs and builds several stand formats depending on what an exhibitor needs at a given show - custom stands built around a brand's visibility and product display goals, modular systems that can be reused across multiple exhibitions, double-decker stands for hospitality and meeting space on two levels, island stands with open sides for high-traffic, multi-direction booths, and coordinated country pavilion stands for trade bodies and associations bringing multiple exhibitors under one design.

Deliverables include 3D booth concepts before anything is built, exhibition stall fabrication, printing and graphics for booth branding, and on-site installation and support through to dismantling after the show closes. Because one team carries a project from initial 3D design through to venue handover, exhibitors dealing with international logistics - shipping stand components, coordinating with venue staff, meeting local installation deadlines - have a single point of contact rather than separate design and build vendors.
