Managed IT support with a 60-minute response guarantee and Essential 8 alignment

Founded in Brisbane in 2001 and led by Jason McKenzie, Surety IT serves as the official IT support team of Queensland Rugby League. The agency also works with businesses running ERP systems, CAD workstations, and shop-floor networks, keeping project data accessible, synced, and backed up across sites.

Managed IT support comes backed by a 60-minute response guarantee, with unlimited remote and onsite support available for a flat monthly fee. Services extend to secure migration and management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, advanced threat protection aligned with the Essential 8 framework, and backup systems built to hold up when they're actually needed. Network and systems optimisation work aims to remove lag for day-to-day operations.

Surety IT applies the same enterprise-grade security standards used for Queensland Rugby League across its client base, and has been recognised as a CRN Impact Award Winner. The agency operates from Greenslopes, Brisbane, positioning itself as a strategic IT and technology partner rather than a break-fix vendor.

About this agency on Agency List

Surety IT holds an Agency List Score of 71 out of 100.

That score is higher than 22% of the 36,920 agencies Agency List has assessed so far.

The Agency List Score measures how well an agency documents its work in public: named clients, quantified outcomes, and whether those outcomes are attributed to the agency rather than to the client.

It does not measure client satisfaction, price, or availability.
