Techsavvy Solutions Group runs managed IT operations from an office on North Centennial Way in Mesa, covering cloud computing, help desk support, virtualization, and data backup and recovery for client businesses. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, for ongoing support requests.

The help desk team is described as highly responsive, fielding technical issues directly rather than routing them through layers of escalation. Virtualization work is customized to help clients get more out of existing infrastructure rather than defaulting to new hardware purchases, while backup and recovery systems are built around security and data trust. Outside of core IT, TSG also handles web services, including custom website design along with graphic and video creation and editing, giving clients a route to both back-end systems and front-facing digital output through the same Mesa-based provider.
