The Other Circle

Based in Santacruz, Mumbai, The Other Circle runs media relations, press and newsroom management, and corporate communications for clients spread across more than 70 cities. Founded over 11 years ago, the agency has worked with more than 500 clients and put together a team of 60-plus people handling day-to-day press outreach, thought leadership placement, and brand narrative work.

The agency studies a client's audience and competitor landscape before building out communication plans, then works media contacts and influencer relationships to place stories and build advocacy over time. Crisis communications work draws on market intelligence to anticipate threats to a brand's reputation and respond when problems surface. Corporate communications and thought leadership programs round out the offering, aimed at giving a brand a consistent voice across press and digital channels rather than one-off coverage.

Over the course of its run, the agency counts more than 100,000 headlines generated for clients, a volume that reflects the media relations and press release work as a core part of its practice. The Mumbai office serves as the base for account teams coordinating pitches, influencer partnerships, and crisis response across that client base.
