The Tactile Group

The Tactile Group works with local, state, and federal government agencies alongside enterprise and non-profit organizations from its Philadelphia base, founded in 2004. Its project mix includes technical assessment and strategy, legacy system modernization, and data collection and visualization work for clients that need existing systems rebuilt or brought current.

Delivery spans frontend and backend development, UX research, information architecture, and prototyping, with accessibility design and security built in through a DevSecOps approach that treats both as requirements at every stage rather than a final check. Content management builds on platforms including Craft, Drupal, WordPress, and ExpressionEngine, and project management follows an adaptive model suited to the shifting scopes common in public-sector and enterprise engagements.
