Marshall D Cooper owns and runs THRIVEN, a business that pairs creative marketing work with its own motivational apparel brand out of Noble, Oklahoma. The company has been operating for more than 20 years and now maintains storefronts in Noble, Skiatook, and Broken Arrow, with a fourth location planned for Tulsa.

On the agency side, THRIVEN handles photography, videography, graphic design, logo creation, website development, and social media management. Illustration work is done by hand and is offered to both businesses and individuals, while a specialized vehicle photography and videography service captures clients' cars and trucks. Metal prints and large-format printing have recently been added to the production lineup, expanding what the shop can output beyond standard digital deliverables. The stated goal across this work is to transform brands and help businesses reach their goals, with capabilities running from illustration through full website builds.

Beyond the marketing and design services, THRIVEN sells its own apparel line through its physical stores, including graphic tees, ball caps, beanies, jackets, and hoodies. This retail side runs alongside the creative production work, giving the business a storefront presence in each Oklahoma community where it operates rather than functioning purely as a service provider.
