This innovation is available to all GPs via X-on Health, enhancing the efficiency of patient care by reducing average consultation times and allowing more patients to be treated per shift.

TORTUS is the first ambient AI company to achieve DTAC NHS compliance, ensuring that their Class I medical device meets rigorous safety and compliance standards. The company is committed to data security, with no models trained or data retained, safeguarding patient information. Their efforts are further supported by a $4.4 million investment led by Khosla Ventures, enabling continued research and development.

In addition to their core product, TORTUS has pioneered the clinical AI labelling platform, CREOLA, and is actively engaged in a research programme with Great Ormond St Hospital. Launched in February 2024 to UK primary care, TORTUS is dedicated to advancing healthcare technology while maintaining a commitment to being net zero by 2050.
