Transom Design

Transom is a brand studio for businesses that care deeply about what they make, building aspirational brands and digital experiences from the inside out. On packaging, the studio looks for distinctive stocks, closures, and printing techniques rather than defaulting to standard options. Website work covers structure, content, design, and build together, treating performance and accessibility as core parts of the process rather than afterthoughts. Beyond individual projects, Transom also takes on ongoing or per-project creative oversight across photography, motion, campaigns, and copy, acting as an extension of a brand's creative direction over time.

The studio's research includes a survey of 5,467 winery websites across California, Oregon, and Washington state, reflecting an interest in category-specific digital presence. Client work has included Herkimer, a local coffee shop built on the belief that good coffee doesn't need to be complicated.
