Turell Group works out of Eugene-Springfield, serving clients across Lane County, southern Oregon, the Oregon Coast, and up into Portland and Salem. The client base skews toward public entities, businesses, and nonprofits that need both marketing and public affairs handled under one roof, rather than split across separate vendors.

Services span advertising, graphic design, photography, video production, websites, writing and editing, plus research and planning and PR and public affairs work. That breadth lets the agency move a project from strategy and positioning through creative production and into media relations without handing it off between shops.
