Unsurmeta is the Kuala Lumpur-based practice of Yassir Yahya, registered in Malaysia and working with owner-led businesses across property, hospitality, professional services, architecture, marketing and creative, e-commerce and retail, and the public sector. Since 2023 the practice has worked with 9 clients, with Yahya shaping each project directly across product, design, development, SEO, and operations rather than handing pieces off to separate teams.
Work runs on what the practice calls the Scaffold Method, applied to website design, landing page design, conversion-focused design, website redesigns, UX research, wireframing, interaction design, and usability testing. A typical website build takes 3 to 5 weeks, priced at a fixed rate agreed in writing before work starts. Where clients already have a site, the approach is to keep it and improve what matters: easier to find on Google, faster to load, and better at converting visits into enquiries, rather than rebuilding from scratch.
Beyond the site itself, Unsurmeta sets up the repetitive admin to run inside tools clients already use, bringing in AI only where it actually helps rather than as a default. Every account tied to the work is kept in the client's own name, under a model the practice describes as "Sites You Own" — built so the client holds the platform, the accounts, and the automations once the engagement ends, instead of depending on the practice to keep them running.
