Uxiliary

Uxiliary is an indie development studio based in Spokane, Washington, built around a small team of creative developers who take on site and app builds from planning through launch. The studio has worked with clients including BHW1, YCH HOPS, DH, Intel, the Gee dealerships, and Opus Creative alongside the Dell team for the Dell World event, taking on projects that range from retail sites to internal navigation tools.

Work moves through planning, wireframes, usability reviews, testing, and iteration before a site ships. Frontend interfaces are built in React.js for speed and modularity, while backend and content structures are tailored to each client's needs on top of CraftCMS. The studio positions this combination of custom frontend work and flexible CMS architecture as the core of how it delivers projects on time and on budget.

The YCH HOPS build is a fully responsive site with custom functionality that incorporates comments, ratings, product comparisons, and Instagram integration. For DH, the studio built a lean, responsive site scoped to the client's needs rather than a heavier platform. For Intel, Uxiliary developed the Unite navigator, and for the Gee dealerships it built a site designed to showcase the group's inventory. These projects reflect a pattern of matching build complexity to what each client actually needs, whether that means a stripped-down responsive site or a more feature-heavy build with integrations and comparison tools.
