Victoria Richard founded Visually Speaking in Baton Rouge in 2005 and leads the shop as Creative Director, working alongside Creative Partner Kayla Wernet, who holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Louisiana Tech University. The two describe themselves plainly as designers, problem solvers, and communicators, managing projects through organization and follow-through.

Print work covers newsletters, ads, reports, brochures, and specialty promotions, while identity and branding projects call for close adherence to a client's established style guide rather than reinvention. Video scripting is used to build emotional impact through storytelling, and environmental displays extend that design thinking into dimensional, trade-show-style space. Multimedia presentations are built specifically to support a speaker rather than function as standalone pieces.
