Agent Makeover specializes in custom personal brands for REALTORS® and other sales professionals, treating individual agents as the client rather than the brokerages they work under. The studio also takes on other business professionals looking for a similarly personal brand, though real estate remains the core focus. Lory Wiens, the company's President and Art Director, founded the predecessor studio Brand U in 2002 and rebranded it as Agent Makeover in 2011, bringing more than two decades of experience designing identities specifically for real estate agents.

The studio's work covers brand strategy and positioning, visual identity, and brand guidelines that keep an agent's look consistent from business cards to listing signage. Rebranding projects refresh an established agent's image, while print advertising and brand collateral extend that identity into physical materials distributed to clients and prospects. Agent Makeover also manages the printing and mail-outs sent to an agent's farm area, taking on production and distribution as part of the engagement rather than handing files off for the client to print elsewhere. That scope means agents can move from initial strategy to finished, mailed print pieces through a single studio rather than coordinating separate vendors.

Clients work with the studio by phone and email rather than in person, a model that lets Agent Makeover, based in West Vancouver, British Columbia, serve agents across Canada and the United States.
