Webie

Based in Waterside Chambers, Waterford, Webie has been building websites for businesses across Ireland since 2017. Its work covers WordPress sites, ecommerce stores and custom web development, with builds aimed at being responsive, reliable and scalable rather than templated. Clients typically arrive needing a new site, a redesign, or an online store built to last.

Technical work includes website development, customisation, plug-in development, application development and payment gateway setup, alongside end-to-end custom web application projects. A Bespoke CMS Web Design service lets clients manage their own content after launch instead of relying on developers for routine changes. Once a site goes live, support continues with maintenance, updates, backups, security checks and technical assistance, so launch marks the start of the relationship rather than its end.

Results show up in specific cases: a site built for Emiliano's now ranks first on Google for "Italian restaurant Waterford," a term tied directly to the client's business and location. A branch in the Czech Republic, webie.cz, extends the same web design and development work beyond Ireland. Registered under RBN 674981, the agency's ecommerce specialism centres on combining payment processing, plug-in customisation and ongoing technical upkeep for online stores in one package.
