The organization operates from four locations in Albuquerque, Farmington, Hobbs, and Las Cruces, each hosting a Women's Business Center funded in part by the U.

WESST provides a range of services including business consulting, training, incubation, and access to capital. As a CDFI and SBA Microlender, they offer small business loans with accessible interest rates. Their incubation program supports 20 businesses in a 37,000-square-foot facility in Albuquerque, providing state-of-the-art amenities and business assistance programs. WESST also offers training and consulting in both English and Spanish to make their services as accessible as possible.

The organization has made a significant economic impact, having built 478 businesses and launched over 2,000 careers between 2021 and 2025.
