WinRock Productions

WinRock Productions was founded in Matthews, NC in 2001 by Marsha Winstead, a producer, writer, and director, and David Rocchio, a videographer and post-production supervisor. The company operates as a woman-owned small business and works both as a prime contractor and subcontractor for federal, state, and local government agencies, alongside corporate clients. Over the course of its history, the company has produced more than 100 corporate and government videos as well as national television series and specials.

Production covers the full arc from concept through delivery, including creative concepting, script and storyboard development, live-action shooting, editing, post-production, and motion graphics. WinRock draws on a nationwide network of videographers and media professionals to staff projects, and offers FAA-licensed HD and 4K aerial drone videography and photography as part of its production toolkit.

Winstead and Rocchio bring more than 30 years of combined experience across every stage of production, from initial script to final screen. That range shows up in the breadth of subject matter the company has taken on, spanning government communications, corporate video, and broadcast television projects. The combination of an established production team, drone capabilities, and government contracting experience positions WinRock to handle assignments that require both technical production skill and familiarity with public-sector procurement structures.
