Founded in February 2019, ZenOps has taken on projects across a range of industries, built around a specialised skill set the company identified as missing in the wider workplace. That skill set combines project management, business analysis, process engineering, and business and IT solutions recommendations, applied to ventures of varying length and complexity.

Work starts from the premise that any venture depends on correctly capturing business needs before solutions are proposed. From there, ZenOps applies process engineering as a matter of logical application rather than a purely technical exercise, treating optimisation as something that extends beyond Information Technologies into how a business actually operates.
