Founded in 2013 by Amit Dubey and now led by CEO Arbind Kumar Singh, the Bengaluru-based firm operates from 18 offices worldwide, pairing data and AI consulting with staffing services that draw from a pre-vetted bench of senior specialists.

Project work spans data warehousing, ETL and ELT pipeline builds, BI dashboard development, data science and modeling, and data governance and quality controls, alongside ML model development, MLOps deployment, and AI strategy and governance engagements. Staffing runs in parallel through general staffing, professional staffing, and Global Capability Center models across the US, Canada, UK, India, and Brazil, letting clients bring in named data, AI, and platform specialists rather than build teams from scratch.

One engagement had a global manufacturer replatforming 1,800 PowerCenter mappings to IDMC, completed in 12 weeks. A separate staffing engagement placed eight specialists within six weeks, reflecting the bench model behind Apptad's talent side of the business alongside its data and AI project work.
