CLOK works with life science, biotech and medtech organisations that need to explain products too complex for a standard brochure or sales deck. The work centers on interactive product experiences, digital training environments and sales enablement tools built to carry technical detail without losing a non-specialist audience. This spans product demos, video and motion production, UX research to shape how those tools are used, and digital platforms that house training or sales content for distribution across a client's teams. Content strategy and digital strategy sit behind the builds, aligning what gets made with how sales and training teams actually use it in the field.

Digital product demonstrations developed by CLOK are estimated to have saved £300k annually for the organisations using them, and its interactive product experiences have generated 1.2 million views. That output has reached more than 20 countries, reflecting the international footprint of the life science and medtech clients CLOK serves alongside its long-running Thermo Fisher Scientific work.
