TRANSPORTING GUESTS TO A DISTANT LAND VIA SENSORY EXPERIENCES

Taste of Iceland is a fully immersive experience celebrating Icelandic culture across North America. Featuring food tastings, film screenings, live concerts, sound baths and more, attendees were able to experience a taste of Iceland closer to home. In each activation market, guests were awarded hundreds of promotional prizes, including an all-inclusive trip to Iceland. These authentic cultural experiences inspired new guests to visit, others to return, and many to continue to follow their favorite artists and brands via social media channels.

UNLEASHING OFF-ROAD THRILLS AT PREMIER RACING EVENTS

Fox Factory and Evolve teamed up to create an exciting ride-a-long experience for off-road enthusiasts at popular racing events. Previously only available for press & influencers, we collaborated with Fox to develop a consumer facing experience. Our drivers first took consumers around a dirt track filled with bumps, moguls and whoops in a stock Jeep to establish a baseline. We then took participants on the same course in vehicles equipped with Fox shocks of increasing value to showcase the enhanced ride quality. Post rides, consumers were encouraged to participate in a survey to win merch and talk with sales reps about their own upfitting needs.

PROMOTING WELLNESS AMONGST MUSIC FESTIVAL FANS

As title sponsor of the largest outdoor music event in Arizona for 5 years, Youtheory engaged Evolve to negotiate and activate a sponsorship that included VIP sampling, street teams, main stage signage/product integration and a large experiential footprint. Recognizing that attendees of multi-day music festivals appreciate the opportunity to freshen up, we offered custom hair braiding and temporary color from professional hairstylists while providing education on the benefits of Collagen and other Youtheory products. Prior to the activation, we activated demos at AZ-based Sprouts, distributing complimentary passes to anyone who purchased product on-site.
