Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware (ICHDE) is dedicated to revitalizing and strengthening neighborhoods across Delaware. Founded in 1968, the organization focuses on providing sustainable housing solutions and community engagement to support low- and moderate-income households. ICHDE acts as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization by empowering residents and promoting individual and community asset building.

ICHDE offers a range of services including asset management, community-building and engagement, homeownership counseling, and real estate development. Their HomeOwnership Center provides comprehensive support for homebuyers, including financial literacy education, foreclosure prevention, and credit repair. The organization has developed and rehabilitated over 2,000 affordable housing units and manages a portfolio of 314 affordable rental units.

With a history of impactful service, ICHDE has infused $78 million into the community through housing and business initiatives. They have served over 17,100 clients through their HomeOwnership Center and facilitated the purchase of over 3,600 homes.
