MMIT works as a data quality specialist, taking messy or scattered databases and turning them into something usable for decision-making. The Amsterdam-based team has served 48 international clients across 12 countries, handling the kind of data problems that build up inside large organizations: duplicate records, outdated contact details, and information scattered across incompatible systems.

The core of the work is hygiene and enrichment—cleansing databases for accuracy, fixing incorrect contact information, and merging diverse data sources into a single unified view. Alongside this sits data governance work aimed at getting client data ready for AI use and regulatory compliance, plus ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing that move information into structures suitable for analysis. Business intelligence dashboards sit on top of this cleaned data, giving clients a way to extract insights rather than just store information.

Client work spans large industrial and retail names. For AkzoNobel, MMIT has provided data solutions across multiple business units. For Jaguar Land Rover Europe, the focus has been on enhancing data integrity. Electrolux's after-sales data has been integrated into SAP C4C, and Eurostat's Housing Price Indices project involved modernizing the system with web portal integration. These projects point to a practice built around fixing and connecting enterprise data at scale, rather than running standalone analytics engagements.
