Saratoga Software builds custom applications and integrates systems for clients spanning insurance, asset management, warehouse logistics, and nonprofit sectors. Its client roster includes one of Africa's largest insurance providers, South Africa's 4th largest asset manager, a UK-based Warehouse Management Systems provider, and a London-based NPO running a consumer-facing digital platform. Founded in 1998 as an IT services company, the firm later expanded into the USA and has grown through acquisitions over the years.

Services cover custom software development, business analysis, cloud migration (including an Azure Health Check offering), systems integration, data engineering, and AI agents and machine learning solutions. Technology advisory and customer communication management round out the offering, alongside business consulting aimed at guiding clients through technology decisions. Saratoga is also collaborating with Andersen Consulting on parts of its delivery work.
