ARC Designs works as an IT subject matter expert and program/project management consultancy for public and private clients, with experience spanning large commercial construction projects and smaller private ones. Work concentrates on the aviation, transportation, education and health care sectors, where portfolios of projects often carry tight budgets and firm deadlines.

The firm was founded in 1994 by minority owners and is headquartered in Inglewood, CA.
