Caring One® works with hospitals, MCOs, TPAs, and healthcare providers that need help managing patient communication. Rather than general customer service staffing, the agency focuses specifically on healthcare information services and contact center solutions, positioning cost as a factor for organizations weighing outreach and coordination workloads against internal capacity.

Staffing draws on both registered nurses and member service representatives, giving call center teams a clinical layer that a standard BPO roster would not have. Call centers operate in the United States and the Philippines, allowing coverage across time zones for patient communication and care coordination tasks. Additional offerings in development include AI-driven health insights, remote monitoring, and secure cloud communications, extending the contact center model toward data-driven and connected care support.

Past work includes support for a Medicare DSNP plan centered on medication adherence, where RN and member service staff handled the kind of clinical follow-up that plain call center agents typically cannot. A separate child wellness campaign used bilingual RN and CSR outreach teams to reach families directly, reflecting the mix of clinical staffing and language capability that runs through the agency's project work. Both engagements point to a model built around deploying trained healthcare personnel into contact center and outreach functions rather than treating patient communication as a generic customer support task.
