Mediation And Restorative Services

Mediation and Restorative Services (MARS) is a non-profit organization based in Anoka County, MN, dedicated to conflict resolution and restorative practices. Since 1987, MARS has been helping families, neighborhoods, schools, landlords, tenants, businesses, and consumers manage and resolve conflicts through education and alternative dispute resolution methods. The organization aims to decrease stress, anger, and animosity, fostering more peaceful and collaborative communities.

MARS offers a range of services including community mediations, shared parenting mediations, housing mediations, and victim-offender dialogues. They also provide resource connections and educational trainings to support individuals and communities in resolving disputes independently.
