Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network

Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to empowering young professionals in the Reno-Tahoe region. Established in 2006, the organization focuses on cultivating an informed and active community of emerging leaders. YPN provides valuable resources, networking opportunities, and support for personal and professional growth.

The network hosts over 40 membership and community events annually, including the prominent Twenty Under 40 Awards Reception. These events are designed to foster connections and provide professional development opportunities for young professionals. YPN also offers workshops, such as the First Time Homebuyer 101, to address specific needs of its members.

YPN is supported by membership fees and sponsorships, allowing it to maintain operations and programs. The organization collaborates with various community and partner organizations throughout northern Nevada to retain and attract young and diverse talent.
